Despite all of the problems encountered in 2020 it has proved an extremely succesful one for Smithywood office park with 3 significant office disposals completed during the year. In April Yorkshire Water acquired Unit 5 ,10,000 sq .ft with an additional area of car parking then in December Cosamida purchased Unit 1,5,000 sq ft, and Paces Sheffield leased Unit 4 ,8,000 sq ft, ensuring the year ended on a high with all of the office units fully occupied.
