David joined the company in 1999 after working for 10 years at the Leeds office of St. Quintin in the Agency/Development teams. A Chartered Surveyor, he has been heavily involved in all of the companies most successful projects and notable transactions include the letting and sale of Cortonwood Retail Park, concluding in excess 1.5 million sq. ft. of pre-lets at Brookfields Park and the structuring of a range of complex Joint Ventures.
