Centenary Park is a 1.8 acre former brass foundry, close to Rotherham town centre. The site was reclaimed and developed as a 60,000 sq ft primary health care centre for Rotherham PCT. The three storey building was completed in December 2009. The development was pre-funded and forward sold.
